Every Ruitertassen bag has a waranty of 2 years agains defaults in normal use.

In case of a complaint , you must return your bag, WITH the valid proof of purchase date , to the point of purchase or to your contact online .

The bag is made of genuine leather , it's perfectly normal that blemishes, veins and different color shades are visable in the leather , this is typical for a natural product. With the current legislation , the use of chemicals to fight insects on living animals is restrained. This implies that  cows have to endure more insect bites and will therefore become more visible stains in the leather. We encourage you , in case of doubt , to first mail a picture of the problem to be able to help you faster and solve the problem.
